Installment Plan
We offer a two-payment installment plan each fall and spring semester. To participate in an installment plan:
- Your semester balance must be no less than $100.
- Your first payment must be completed upon receipt of your semester invoice.
- Payments can be made online by logging in to your CSA account.
- Call the office at 815-753-1450 to pay by phone or arrange payment by cash or check.
Installment payment plans are allowed through the first four weeks of the semester. After that, full payment is expected.
Payment Due Dates
- Fall semester installment: Oct. 15
- Spring semester installment: Mar. 17
Registration Fee and Discount Update
In order to simplify registration and increase price transparency we have eliminated all discounts and registration fees from CSA activities.
Refunds and Withdrawals
Lessons
- If a student decides to stop taking lessons after the semester has started, the student or parent must inform us in writing. Giving notice to the teacher is not sufficient.
- We will process prorated refunds for private music lessons and Suzuki lessons that have not taken place. You must inform us in writing before the fourth week of lessons.
- The final dates to withdraw from lessons are Sept. 30 and Feb. 28.
Other CSA activities
Refunds are not available for classes, workshops or ensembles.
